Set yourself up for success with cacao for your whole menstrual cycle. Seasonal cacao blends that honour the phases of the female cycle. We use Ruk'ux ulew ceremonial cacao from Guatemala and complement this with Ayurvedic and Chinese herbal blends that support the energy of the moment.

 

Either use the cycle of the moon to track when you shift to the next blend (great for those who no longer bleed or for irregular cycles looking to get back into a rhythm) or use in tandem with a menstrual tracking app or chart.
