4 cacao seasonal cacao blends that honor the phases of the menstrual cycle. We use Source ceremonial cacao from Alta Verapaz in the highlands of Guatemala and complement this with specially formulated herbal blends that support the energy of the moment.

AWAKEN- Follicular stage/Waxing Moon/A cold Winter/ Postpartum

In winters darkest hours we await the return of the sun. After Solstice, we start to Awaken, just like after menstruation. This blend is here to enliven and to gently stimulate through the dark days, so you are ready to emerge into spring, reconnect with community, and take inspired, aligned action.

As an Ayurvedic postpartum doula this is what I started mixing for new mamas after about 4 weeks postpartum or when I deemed they were ready for a little more stimulation. Warming spices and fats are essential for new mamas!

To make a ceremonial strength cup use 4 tbsp per person. To enjoy as a daily cacao ritual use 2-3 tbsp.

1. Heat 10oz of filtered water or milk of choice. We like 2/3rd water 1/3rd nut mylk
2. Whisk or use a blender for best results
3. Sweeten to taste- we like maple or agave
