Pure 100% ceremonial grade Guatamalan cacao in block form. Grown by regenerative farming methods by Mayan farmers and processed in the traditional ways by hand.

Heirloom Criollo beans naturally grown in the shade in mixed agroforestry family farms. Hand harvested and fermented. Roasted over fire at low temperatures and then hand shelled and quality assured by indigenous women.

Use 0.5oz- 1.5oz per serving. Simply chop off what you need and mix into hot water. Add spices, sweetener of choice, milk if desired.
